1. Charity
Offset your donation against your taxes.

2. Patronage
You like the project and expect nothing in return you give your money willingly to the project to make it happen. You may get a baseball cap or a walk on part in a movie or a DVD or a CD of the music. There may not be a commercial return on investment but because of the social impact on the community one could argue that there is a social return on your investment.

Advertising
The Project Owner has the opportunity to offer co-branded advertising during the funding event on the FundaBrand.com platform should he wish to do so.

5. Loan
This is where you loan your money to the project owner for a set period of time for a set interest rate. Should the project owner set good terms in favor of the funder then they will have a high probability of raising the funds they require.

6. Brand Equity
This is unique to the FundaBrand.com platform, which enables project owners to keep 100% of their equity.
Funders will be able to take a stake in the brand and the financial terms of this stake will be set by the project owner. Should the project owner set good terms in favor of the funder then they will have a high probability of raising the funds they require.

7. Sharia Compliant Lending
Sharia compliant lending is a form of Islamic financing that complies with Sharia law. The main features of Sharia compliant lending are:
• the prohibition against riba – the paying or charging
of interest
• the prohibition against investing in certain assets
or industries – for example alcohol and gambling
• the prohibition of complex financial investments having
elements of speculation or uncertainty – the underlying
assets must be clearly identifiable.

8. Barter
Barter is a method of exchange by which goods or services are directly exchanged for other goods or services without using a medium of exchange, such as money. It is usually bilateral, but may be multilateral, and usually exists parallel to monetary systems in most developed countries, though to a very limited extent. Barter usually replaces money as the method of exchange in times of monetary crisis, when the currency is unstable and devalued by hyperinflation.
